At Compex, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all electrodes, cables, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the Compex device and all original components into the shipping box, ensuring the printed return authorization is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
